Built for Missions That Can’t Afford to Guess.
Leverage was founded on a simple belief: There are great campaigns, non-profits, charities, and organizations fighting to change the world. By providing them with proven data that connects them to their people, these groups (you!) can change the world.
Why We Exist
Too many organizations were paying more and getting less. Donor files were shrinking as new donors became too expensive to find. Campaigns were wasting money on bad lists or acquisition strategies stuck in 2008. Agencies were stuck with vendors who didn’t care if clients succeeded on the right timeline and didn’t have the expertise to transition data into strategy.
Leverage was created to solve that. We believe data should be clear, strategies should be accountable, and results should be measurable.
Meet The Team
Founder and CEO
Growing up in small-town Ohio, public service and doing good in the world have always been part of Corey’s DNA. At just 19, he ran for city council to bring a fresh voice to his community — sparking a lifelong commitment to civic engagement.
After graduating from The Ohio State University (#GoBucks), Corey founded a political consulting firm dedicated to electing Democrats across Ohio, where he developed a deep understanding of the fundraising challenges faced by downballot candidates.
He later helped scale one of the political world’s first donor prospecting firms, pioneering both opt-in and modeled acquisition strategies that helped Joe Biden and Democrats nationwide shatter fundraising records in 2020.
In 2024, Corey founded Leverage, a strategic data company built to help good causes find their people — with less waste and deeper partnership. A proud Ohio State alum, Corey now lives in Chicago, where he attends the Kellogg School of Management and enjoys soccer, cooking, and exploring the city with his dog, Arya.

Group Account Director
Andrea is a seasoned political and program operative with more than a decade of cross-functional experience supporting mission-driven causes and campaigns. Motivated by a desire to serve her community and do meaningful work, she began her career in public service as a teacher through Teach For America. After leaving the classroom, she transitioned into the campaign world and hasn’t looked back.
Over the years, Andrea has honed her strategic expertise both in-house on campaigns and externally as a program and fundraising consultant. Her experience spans two nationwide presidential campaigns, as well as supporting the fundraising efforts of mayors, governors, and a wide range of nonprofit organizations. This breadth of work gives her a deep understanding of the challenges campaigns and organizations face, and how to meet them with thoughtful, responsive support – regardless of size or scale. With hands-on experience across field, digital, fundraising, and operations, Andrea is excited to bring her skill set to Leverage.
With a background in all things digital—social media, text, email, web, and a touch of paid advertising—alongside program and operations management, Andrea proudly identifies as a generalist. Outside of work, she recharges by getting outdoors, traveling, and exploring trails near her home in Maryland. She’s also an avid reader and a member of far too many book clubs (and occasionally guilty of not finishing the book).
Our Values
Our values were developed by the Leverage team in late 2025. They guide how we build products, partner with clients, and work with one another — especially when decisions are hard or outcomes are uncertain.
Transparent
In a world that’s often opaque or filled with smoke and mirrors, we’re proud to be open and honest about our dataset and the different channels we operate on. Our goal is to give you clear visibility into your results — and what they actually mean for your program’s long-term value.
Driven
Our work doesn’t stop when we launch a campaign and send an invoice. We stay engaged, iterate, and continually look for ways to improve outcomes for you and your cause. We are here for you, and are willing to jump in and hustle during rapid response or emergency moments.
Adaptable
We believe in best practices, but every best practice was once an experiment. We are constantly adjusting our approaches, targeting, and strategy to meet the moment your campaign or organization is in. We proudly learn from both wins and losses, and we value learning alongside our clients. We don’t fear failure, we fear stagnation.
Together
You are out there changing the world and we want to have your back. We don’t want to be a vendor who sends an invoice and heads out — we want to be a partner helping you acquire donors year over year, cycle over cycle.
What We Bring
Experience at the Highest Level
Our team has built and executed acquisition strategies for some of the most recognized organizations in the world.
Precision Meets Strategy
We don’t just hand over data; we design campaigns that perform.
Partnership First
We show up. We solve problems. We put your mission ahead of our margin.
