1. About Leverage Digital
Leverage Digital, Inc. (“Leverage Digital,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a U.S.-based data analytics company that helps political, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations identify and engage potential supporters and donors through data analysis and predictive modeling.
We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we share it when you use our website (www.leveragedigital.ai) and related services (together, the ‘Services’).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to data we process solely as a service provider on behalf of a client; those practices are governed by the client’s privacy policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Information You Provide Directly: We collect personal information that you provide when you fill out web forms, contact us, or engage with our services. This may include your name, contact details, organization, and message content.

In these cases, our Privacy Notice governs the handling of the combined personal information. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of this website, as well as communicate with you directly.
3. How We Use Personal Information
In addition to the uses described above, we may collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve our services
- To personalize your user experience
- To conduct, manage, and grow our organization
- To support our clients
- To communicate with you
- To keep our services safe and secure

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Tracking
- Cookies: Used to remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve site performance. Users may adjust browser settings to manage cookies.

- Other Third-Party Advertising: We may work with platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and others for advertising analytics.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals as valid opt-out requests where required by law.
Some browsers permit the user to send a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal to websites that the user visits indicating that the user does not wish to be tracked over time and across websites. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, we do not currently respond to that signal on our websites.
We and our service providers use cookies, scripts and similar technologies to manage this website and to collect information about you and your use of it. These technologies help us to recognize you, customize or personalize your experience, advertise products or services to you and analyze the use of our Services to make them more useful to you. These technologies may also allow us to collect demographic and statistical data and provide this information to our service providers to help deliver their services.
Most internet browsers allow you to remove or manage cookie functions and adjust your privacy and security preferences. For information on how to do this, access the “help” menu on your internet browser, or access https://www.aboutcookies.org/how-to-control-cookies.
Please note, however, that disabling our cookies may mean that you will not be able to take full advantage of our Services.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. As noted above, we use Google Analytics and may work with other companies like Meta and LinkedIn for advertising. You can opt out of some tracking using tools like the Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-On or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page
5. How We Share Personal Information
We share your information with service providers who help us run our business, with clients when needed to provide our services, if required by law, or if our business is sold or merged.
